At Bear Path Acres you will meet some very friendly and happy animals. Hughey the sheep will run up to you with his tail wagging and Cheyenne the buffalo comes to her keeper when called. If you are lucky you will see Bozo and Lucy the tortoises in zippy moods! Cody the Coatimundi cannot be ignored no matter how hard you try, she loves people to admire her as much as the flashy peacocks and the playful racoons and goats do! You would be hard pressed to find a group of animals more content and well cared for.

A Few Words About The Bear Path Acres Animals

Black Leopard - (Leonardo) Loves a tasty snack of venison.
African Porcipine - (Fluffy) Will do just about anything for a fresh carrot.
Ring-Tailed Lemur (Lenny) - Come up and show off for guests.
Celebes Macaque (Issac) - Is very attached to his toys in his enclosure.
Horse – (Snickers) Beautiful, friendly, and loves to be petted.
African Watusi Steer – (Mister) His large horns keep growing!
Standard Donkey – (Ed) His big ears will make you laugh!
Goats – We have two nandays and one pygmy and sometimes babies!
Geese – Four snow geese and two Toulouse.
Peacocks – Two beautiful males and two white females.
American Bison - (Cheyenne) Often called a buffalo.
Blue & Gold Macaws – (Bubba, Echo and Jazz) They love to talk.
Two African Spur Thigh Tortoises – 10 year old female & 5 year old male.
Kinkajou – (Molly) Her favorite food is a banana.
Bronze Turkey - (Barney) He is gorgeous when he shows off.
Doper Sheep - (Hughie & Daisy) Very friendly & love to show off.
Emus - (Sam & Samantha) They love to have a shower on hot days!
Red Fox – A new kit….come see me grow!
Pot Bellied Pigs – (Arnold & Piggly Wiggly)
Chinchillas – Soft and silky and loves to jump around.
Mrs. Bantam Chicken and Mr. Bantam Rooster.
African Bull Frog (Jeramiah) – He is getting bigger all the time! Will get 9 ½ inches.
Schneider Skinks – Egyptian desert skinks.
Orange Wing Amazons (Jelly and Sisco) – They loves to whistle at you.
Guinea Pigs – A mom and daughter pai.r
Raccoons – (Bonnie and Clyde) Non-releasable brother and sister.
Cody and George - The two playful Coatimundi.
Hog - (Petunia) is a small now but will grow to be huge!
Red Shouldered Hawk (Jesse) and a Llama (Slippers)
Eastern Box Turtles, Water Turtles, Iguana, Small Monitor Lizards
